We accept payments through bank transfer, cheque, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
Late payments may result in project delays and may incur interest charges at the rate of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not received as per the agreed schedule.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. In case of project cancellation, refunds will be processed after deducting costs incurred for work completed, materials procured, and administrative expenses.

Project timelines are estimated based on normal working conditions and are subject to factors beyond our control including weather conditions, material availability, labor availability, and client-caused delays.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, material shortages, or acts of God.
Delays caused by late client decisions, payment delays, unavailability of site access, or changes in project scope may result in timeline extensions and potential additional costs.
Best Builders provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of project completion, covering defects arising from our construction work (excluding normal wear and tear).
Materials are warranted as per the manufacturer's warranty terms. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

All designs, plans, drawings, and specifications created by Best Builders remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use these materials for the specific project but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for other projects without our written consent.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from us through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, or any other digital communication platforms.

While Best Builders strives for excellence, construction projects involve inherent risks. We recommend clients maintain comprehensive property insurance and consult with legal and financial advisors before undertaking major construction projects.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations and mediation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
If mediation fails, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration proceedings conducted in New Delhi.

Unless explicitly objected to in writing, Best Builders reserves the right to photograph completed projects for marketing and promotional purposes. We will not disclose client personal information without consent.
Best Builders may engage qualified subcontractors and third-party specialists for specific aspects of projects. We maintain responsibility for work performed by our subcontractors and ensure they meet our quality standards.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For ongoing projects, existing contracts will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of contract signing.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the project contract and any written amendments, constitute the entire agreement between the client and Best Builders, superseding all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.
